Ambient process gas analysers usually have multiple inlets for several sample streams and/or calibration gases.   Although the mass analyser itself operates under high vacuum, the pressure reduction inlets can analyse complex gas mixtures over a wide pressure range but often at near ambient, and deliver a quantitative output of component concentrations.   They often have the highest specifications of accuracy and repeatability compared with lab type gas analysers.
